We offer interior and exterior home cleaning, including but not limited to kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, windows, patios, turf, solar panels, and more. Services are available as one-time or recurring (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly). Custom add-ons (e.g., deep cleans, laundry) are available upon request and may incur extra charges.
2. Access & Entry
Client must provide property access at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property, a $50 trip fee may be charged. If you have pets, please ensure they are secured.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted methods include cash, Zelle, Venmo, and credit/debit cards. Late payments (after 7 days) may incur a $25 late fee.
4. Pricing & Estimates
Pricing is based on square footage, scope of work, and service type. All quotes are subject to change if conditions or scope differ upon arrival.
5. Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged in full.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll return to fix the issue free of charge. After 24 hours, the service is considered accepted.
7. Damage & Liability
We’re insured and take care with your property. However, we are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions or improperly installed fixtures. All claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.
8. Recurring Services
Recurring services can be paused or canceled anytime. No contracts required. We retain clients through quality, not obligation.
9. Weather Delays
For outdoor services, weather may require rescheduling. We offer a 5-day storm warranty on exterior window cleaning.
10. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for unsafe or unsanitary environments, harassment, or if the service scope is misrepresented.
11. Client Responsibilities
Please tidy surfaces and floors before service, alert us to fragile or sensitive areas, and secure pets and valuables.
12. Policy Updates
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services indicates agreement to the latest version.
